Refund policy

96-Hour Cancellation Policy:

We graciously offer a full refund for cancellations made up to four days before the event, to accommodate unforeseen circumstances with utmost understanding. You can also choose to defer your investment in the ticket for future secret supper clubs with Alma. Regrettably, cancellations within the window of one to four days before the event cannot be refunded, as preparations have been meticulously tailored to honor each guest’s personal experience. Guests can transfer their ticket to another person if approved by Alma, provided this is done at least 72 hours before the event.

Force Majeure:

If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option between:

• A full refund.

• A credit for a future event of their choice.
  

No-Show Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows, as Alma incurs costs for every confirmed guest.
