Join us for a journey to the fertile land of Dahshur, just an hour beyond the city's edge. Our table is set among endless date palm fields, a haven where slow living is the only way of life.

Your meal is the culmination of six weeks of meticulous preparation and generations of heritage. Your experience is brought to life by the collective expertise of over 20 local women from the neighbouring villages of Mansheyet Kasseb, Abusir, Saqqara, dedicating time-honoured techniques to bring out the flavours of indigenous ingredients.

You’ll have time to wander the land, meet its keepers, and connect with the traditions that give our food its "alma", its soul.
